Hi, I’m Marie Gill. As Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition — overseeing operations across Canada, Europe, and the United States — I have spent over 15 years in the talent field doing what I love most: developing people. With a decade in the aviation industry, I have built teams, shaped cultures, and had the privilege of watching individuals grow far beyond what they once thought possible.

My approach is grounded in conscious leadership principles — the practice of leading with deep self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and intentional choice rather than habit or reaction. I hold a Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching from Harvard, am a Crucial Learning Certified Instructor, a Certified Recruiter, and speak at industry conferences on Emotional Intelligence and executive functioning. The inner work is what makes the outer results stick.
