Growth & Leadership Workbook
A personal coaching journey to help you gain clarity, release what holds you back, and build a life that is truly yours. 14 sections. No filler. Just the real work.
“
Watch your thoughts, they become words; watch your words, they become actions; watch your actions, they become habits; watch your habits, they become character; watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.

Your answers are saved in this browser session. Export your answers before closing this tab or they will be lost. You can export at any time from the sidebar or from the completion page.
There are no right answers here — only honest ones. Some sections will take you ten minutes. Some will take days. Work at the pace that feels true. Your answers are saved in this browser as you type, and you can return to any section at any time.
How to use this workbook
1
Work in order. Each section builds on the last. The journey is cumulative — what you uncover in Section 3 will deepen what you write in Section 9.
2
Write your first thought. Don't edit yourself. The most useful answers are usually the ones that surprise you.
3
Come back. Some sections are meant to be revisited. Your answers will change as you grow — that's the point.
4
Be kind to yourself. This is not a test. There is no perfect way to do this work. Showing up is enough.

02 — Who Am I
Who Am I
Before we go deeper, start with you — right now, as you are. Write the first things that come to mind. Don't edit yourself. There is no audience here except you.
Take a breath before you begin. This section asks for honesty, not perfection. The most useful answers are often the ones that surprise you.
I am someone who…People who know me well would describe me as…I show up best when…I struggle most when…The version of myself I most want to grow into is…
03 — My Core Values
My Core Values
Your values are your internal compass. When your life aligns with your values, motivation flows naturally. When it doesn't, everything feels like a grind.
Step 1 — Select your values
Select all that resonate — aim for 10–20, then you'll narrow to your top 3–5 in Step 2.
Other values not listed
Step 2 — My top 3–5 & why they matter
Your selections appear below. Focus on 3–5 non-negotiable values.
Step 3 — Where are the gaps?
How well does your current life honor your values? Where is there a gap between what you value and how you actually live?
04 — My Strengths
My Strengths
You already have everything you need to begin. This exercise helps you see and name the assets, talents, and qualities you bring to every situation.
Natural strengths
What comes naturally to you that others seem to find hard? What do people consistently come to you for?
Three peak moments — when I was at my best
Think of three moments where you were truly at your best. What strengths did each one reveal?
Moment 1
Moment 2
Moment 3
My strengths summary
"I bring value through my ability to…"
05 — Energy Audit
Energy Audit
Your energy is your most important resource. This reveals what fills your tank and what drains it. Protect what gives you energy. Redesign what takes it.
Energy givers
People, activities and environments that fill you up
Energy drains
People, activities and environments that deplete you
When do I feel most like myself? What one thing am I tolerating that is costing me the most energy? What would I do with more energy?
Based on this audit, I will protect or change…
06 — Six Key Questions
Six Key Questions
Six questions that cut through the noise. Take your time with each one — the value is in the honest answer, not the polished one. The last question will set you up perfectly for what comes next.
07 — Wheel of Life
Wheel of Life
Rate each area of your life 1–10. The shape that emerges shows you where you're balanced and where to direct your energy. Then reflect on what it tells you.
What does your wheel shape tell you?
Which areas surprised you? Where is the biggest gap between where you are and where you want to be?
The one area I most want to focus on first is…
08 — What's Holding Me Back
What's Holding Me Back
Your limiting beliefs and fears live in the same place — your thinking. This section brings both into the light with compassion, clarity, and the tools to move through them.
Approach this with self-compassion. Limiting beliefs and fears are not character flaws — they are protective stories. You don't need to attack them. Just look at them clearly, with kindness, and decide if they still serve you.
Part A — My Limiting Beliefs
1
What is the limiting belief?
Name it clearly and honestly
2
What is proof this belief is NOT true?
List evidence that challenges it
3
What empowering thought can replace it?
Write your new belief
Part B — My Fear Audit
All my fears — write freely, no editing
Fear of failure, success, judgment, being seen, change, loss…
My biggest fear is…Could I handle or recover from that outcome? How?What is the cost of letting this fear continue to run my life?
What would I do if I were not afraid? (This is your compass.)
09 — The 5 Whys
The 5 Whys
In the last section you asked yourself what your purpose is. Now we go deeper. Start with your most important goal or the purpose answer that felt closest to true — then keep asking why. Five levels deep reveals your deepest, most authentic motivation.
My goal or commitment
My deep why
"At the deepest level, I want this because…"
10 — Letters to Myself
Letters to Myself
Two of the most transformative coaching exercises in one section. First, write to who you were. Then, write from who you are becoming.
Letter One — To My Past Self
Think of a version of yourself who needed to hear something. Write with the compassion you would show a close friend. If this brings up something unexpected — that's the work doing what it's supposed to. Stay with it.
To: Past Me
Time period:
Dear younger me,
With love, Present Me
Letter Two — From My Future Self
Close your eyes. Imagine yourself 3 years from now — you have done the work. Write to your present self from that place.
From: Future Me
Date:
Dear ,
With love and pride, Future Me
11 — My Commitments
My Commitments
Based on everything you have explored, make three powerful commitments to yourself. These are promises — not goals, not wishes. Write them with intention.
“
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; but if a thing is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.
Marcus Aurelius — Meditations
Intrinsic Motivation
Driven from within — by curiosity, purpose, values, or the joy of growth. Deeply sustaining.
e.g. Learning to grow · Living by your values
Extrinsic Motivation
Driven by external rewards — money, status, or approval. Can spark action but rarely sustains fulfillment alone.
e.g. Earning a promotion · Gaining recognition
Root your commitments in intrinsic motivation. Extrinsic rewards may come — but they won’t be what keeps you going.
Commitment One
The most important change I will make
I commit to…Because…I will know I have succeeded when…
Commitment Two
A habit or behavior I will cultivate
I commit to…Because…I will know I have succeeded when…
Commitment Three
A mindset or relationship I will invest in
I commit to…Because…I will know I have succeeded when…

Bonus — Gratitude Log
Gratitude Log
A daily or weekly gratitude practice is one of the most evidence-backed tools for wellbeing. Be specific — specificity activates the feeling, not just the thought.
Not "my family" but "my daughter calling just to share something that made her laugh." Specificity is everything.
